Our Client is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to help enhance efficiency, product scalability, and data-driven operational decision-making. This role will perform critical data analysis and build data-driven solutions that enable engineering, product, leadership, and other internal teams to deliver transformative software solutions to healthcare providers. The successful candidate will work with large-scale data environments, develop analytics and visualizations, build scalable data products, improve internal tooling and operational workflows, and help maintain the organization's business intelligence infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines strong technical data skills with a product-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Perform critical data analysis across a broad range of business, product, engineering, and operational use cases. Build analytics, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Deliver data-driven insights that support business strategy and operational decision-making. Develop internal data products and tools that improve team efficiency, self-service capabilities, and operational workflows. Build robust and scalable data models that support high-value data products and client needs. Work with large-scale datasets and complex data environments to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Design and maintain data workflows, ETL processes, and process automation solutions. Own and support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the BI platform. Maintain reporting and visualization platforms to ensure data remains accurate, accessible, and available. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Help identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, tooling, operational efficiency, and product scalability. Contribute to the development of scalable data solutions that support evolving business and customer requirements. Participate in continuous improvement of data processes, systems, and analytical capabilities.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or another data-intensive field of study. Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, ETL, process automation, and data warehousing at scale. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. Advanced SQL skills with experience working in complex, large-scale data environments. Experience performing data analysis and developing actionable insights for business and operational decision-making. Experience building and maintaining scalable data models and data products. Strong understanding of how different users consume and leverage data, with the ability to develop appropriate insights, tools, and solutions for their needs. Experience working with data warehouses and large-scale data environments. Experience with dbt, Python, and Terraform. Strong experience within the Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery ecosystem. Ability to build analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions for a variety of stakeholders. Strong product-building mindset with the ability to develop solutions beyond basic reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and independently tackle complex problems with significant business impact.

Preferred Technical Experience Experience or exposure with the broader data and technology ecosystem, including: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery Snowflake Redshift dbt Python Terraform Metabase ETL and data automation Business intelligence and data visualization platforms

Preferred Background Experience working in a high-growth startup environment, particularly in a data analytics or data science capacity. Experience building data products and internal tools rather than focusing exclusively on reporting. Experience supporting engineering, product, and operational teams with scalable data solutions. Experience working directly with clients or customer-facing teams and translating their data needs into practical solutions.

Candidates whose experience is limited primarily to reporting without meaningful data-product or solution-building experience. Candidates whose professional background consists exclusively of slow-moving or large enterprise environments without demonstrated experience operating in a high-growth environment. Contractor or consultant-only backgrounds without comparable full-time ownership of data products or analytics initiatives. Candidates whose experience does not demonstrate advanced SQL capabilities in complex, large-scale data environments. Candidates without meaningful hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. Healthcare experience alone is not a substitute for the required technical data experience.
