We offer a competitive wage:

• $18.25/HR to start/$18.75 after 6 months/$19.70 after 1 year
• Skilled operators can earn up to $26.25
• Shift premium $1.50 (2nd & 3rd)/shift commitment bonus $2.00

Key tasks:

• Understand and follow work instructions and control plans
• Assist with other key tasks during changeovers.
• Do quality checks and input data into the Quality System to keep the process nominal, input GMaP's data when required
• Maintain an organized clean work environment 5S
• Understanding trends on reliability and yield.
• Perform other departmental job duties when directed by supervision.
• Understands required PPE, location and purpose of all lockouts and e-stops
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment keeping the process running
• Excellent trouble shooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to set priorities and goals
• Leads by strong work ethic and good attendance record
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, attitude, and decision-making skills
• Can work independently

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts M-F
• Available to workdays or nights and overtime
• Ability to frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Work beyond the traditional 40 hours per week may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays

Key competencies: Basic computer skills preferred. Strong work ethic. Must be self-motivated with initiative and a drive to complete and deliver excellent work product/service. Team player, cooperative, with the demonstrated ability to quickly find common ground and resolve problems. Dedication and commitment to complete all assignments/tasks, even when faced with resistance and setbacks. Good oral and written communication and people skills.
