What You'll Do

• Review federal, state, and local tax returns for businesses and individuals.
• Supervise tax engagements from planning through delivery.
• Mentor and develop Tax Associates and Senior Associates.
• Research complex tax matters and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide proactive guidance.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on tax planning, workflow management, and engagement execution.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance across all tax engagements.
• Assist with staff development, training initiatives, and best-practice implementation.
• Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, client service, and team performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA preferred (or actively pursuing certification).
• 4+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and tax research skills.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
