Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to lead the account reconciliation process and ensure strong adherence to internal controls. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with solid accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and advanced Excel knowledge. Key Responsibilities Oversee the monthly account reconciliation process, including preparation, review, research, and issue resolution Analyze account activity and balances to identify discrepancies and required adjustments Maintain reconciliation policies and develop clear process documentation and SOPs Train team members on reconciliation procedures and internal control requirements Identify and implement process and system improvements Support the monthly close process and assist with strategic and ad hoc projects Leadership Supervise and support team members, including work assignment, training, and performance guidance Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including audit experience Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls Experience developing policies, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance Prior experience leading or mentoring team members preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (D365 or BlackLine a plus) To apply, send resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
