Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex projects within the Integrated Supply Chain organization Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within the ISC organization You Must Have 5+ years of experience in supply chain project management. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. We Value Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment. Strong project management skills. PMP Certification preferred. Ability to drive change and inspire teams toward common objectives. Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes. Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function. Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management. The annual base salary range for this position is $92,800- $139,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
