What You'll Do

• Deliver anesthesia care for adult and limited pediatric surgical cases including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC
• Manage patient ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
• Conduct preoperative assessments and provide patient education
• Safely administer anesthetics, monitor patients, and respond to emergencies
• Document all patient care accurately within Epic EMR
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Valid Michigan state license or eligible for licensure
• Current NBCRNA certification and BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Demonstrated 2+ years of CRNA experience in a hospital setting
• Strong skills in anesthesia management, ventilation, and regional anesthesia oversight
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced trauma center environment
