Vendor & Cost Management: Negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers, maintaining margins while securing high-quality materials. Sales & Training Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide product installation and specifications training. Billing & Invoicing Oversight: Review subcontractor invoices to verify accuracy and ensure alignment with work completed. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of window, siding, roofing, and gutters products and installation practices. Experience managing subcontractors and in-house crews in the construction industry. Ability to read and understand manufacturer specifications and installation guidelines. Strong negotiation skills for working with vendors and subcontractors. Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
