Field-Based Resident Care Case Manager
Postgraduate-Center-For-Mental-Heal
The Postgraduate-Center-For-Mental-Heal seeks a Scatter Site Case Manager to provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention to residents, guiding them toward personal rehab goals. You will manage an assigned caseload, document progress, conduct assessments, lead group activities, and coordinate community resources.
