This high-impact contract opportunity serves correctional facilities throughout the Columbia, SC metro area. Candidates must be willing and able to float to any assigned facility within the Columbia metro area based on staffing and operational needs. This position is not assigned to one specific facility, and flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the area is required.Job RequirementsActive, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in South CarolinaMinimum of one year of paid RN work experience within the past year providing direct patient care in a similar settingCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red CrossMed-Surg experience is required for RN assignments at Gilliam/Kirkland InfirmaryMust be available to work 37.5 hours per week, three days per weekEvery other weekend is requiredBlock scheduling is not availableMust be willing and able to float to any correctional facility within the Columbia metro area as assigned based on staffing needsReliable transportation and the ability to report to different facilities throughout the Columbia metro area as scheduledOther Required Documentation:Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)Two current clinical referencesPhysical exam (completed within the past 12 months)TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)Current Tdap and Flu vaccinationsMust pass background check and drug screeningOur CultureThere are a few things we look for across all hires at ATC, regardless of role or team.
