Are you in?**About this opportunity**This role supports a manager leading a fast-paced Data Center Technician organization by combining **administrative coordination with data-driven reporting and analysis**. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while improving visibility, accuracy, and efficiency through structured tracking, reporting, and light automation.---**What you will do*** Track resource availability, schedules, and coverage gaps using available data tools.* Develop and maintain **Excel and/or Power BI reports and dashboards** for staffing, onboarding, training, and key operational metrics.* Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.* Prepare **data-backed summaries and materials** for leadership and operational reviews.* Support hiring and onboarding by tracking progress and ensuring required tasks are completed on time.* Coordinate scheduling for interviews, training sessions, team meetings, and operational reviews.* Act as a point of contact for administrative and reporting-related questions.---**What you bring*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.* Experience in an operations support or **data-focused coordination role**.* Strong proficiency in **Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking)** and working knowledge of **Power BI or similar tools**.* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.* Experience improving processes through **automation or reporting enhancements** is a plus.* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Solid communication skills and professional handling of sensitive information.**Why join Ericsson?**At Ericsson, you ́ll have an outstanding opportunity.
