**WE’RE HIRING – CAD / SOLIDWORKS DRAFTSMAN
**
Express Employment Professionals of Little Rock is looking to add an experienced CAD / SolidWorks Draftsman to our team in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
This is a family owned company that has grown from a steel service center into a full-service fabrication operation. We are looking for someone who can work directly with our fabrication and production teams to help take customer drawings and concepts from design to the shop floor.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in SolidWorks
- Strong CAD drafting experience
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication and manufacturing drawings
- Ability to create accurate shop drawings and production-ready files
- Understanding of dimensions, tolerances, materials, and basic fabrication processes
- Detail-oriented and able to work closely with our production team
- Steel fabrication or manufacturing experience is a major plus
An engineering degree is NOT required. We are much more interested in hands-on experience, ability, and a strong working knowledge of SolidWorks and CAD.
