Base pay range $38.00/hr - $43.75/hr Designer/Visual Designer Position Overview We are looking for a Mid-Level Digital Designer who can deliver timely, high-quality design solutions across email, app, and SMS channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative visual design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, product managers, and developers to create effective design solutions. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively. Utilize a variety of design tools and software to produce high-quality graphics and layouts for digital and print media. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technology to ensure our designs remain fresh and relevant. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in visual design or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Workfront and Figma, Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred to facilitate effective collaboration with web development teams. Experience with workflow management tools, such as Adobe Workfront or similar software, to manage projects efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts clearly. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
