Job Description:


- Position/Specialty: Tele/PCU RN
- Shift: 3x12, rotating days and nights
- Ratios: 1:6
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Floating Requirement: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
- First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes
- License Requirement: PA or Multi State/Compact RN license
- Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Skills/Experience:


- Cardiac Telemetry
- PCU
- Preferred Charting System: Cerner
- BiPAP/CPAP management
- Blood Product Administration
- Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI)
- Management of dysrhythmias
- Telemetry monitoring
- Post Cardiac Angiogram
- Tracheostomy care/management

Unit Details:


- Daily Patient Census: Varies
- Patient Age Groups: Adults
- Special Procedures: Continuous cardiac monitoring, Heparin drip protocols
- Interdisciplinary Support: IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more

- Local Radius: 50 miles
- Locals Accepted: No locals accepted
- Pre-Approved Time Off: Two requests in advance
