Provide individualized speech therapy focused on enhancing communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.

Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to implement cohesive care strategies.

Educate patients and their families to empower progress beyond clinical sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring a smooth continuum of care.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in the field through continuing education and teamwork.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) unless already ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for diverse age groups, with deep insights into both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Ability to customize therapy techniques to accommodate various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
