Clinical Supervisor

Clinical SupervisorThe Clinical Supervisor will provide direct supervision for groups of prelicensure students in clinical courses. Main responsibilities include:Evaluate student achievement of specific course clinical objectivesServe as a liaison between UNF School of Nursing and the assigned clinical partnerCollaborate with course faculty on student progressFacilitating learning opportunities for students within the clinical settingModel a professional nursing roleQualifications include:Master of Science in Nursing degree (preferred) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with either 2-3 years RN experience or enrollment in MSN or DNP program or specialty certification.Recent clinical experienceClinical teaching experience (preferred)Unencumbered Florida licensure as an RN or APRNA resume, unofficial transcript, and a copy of Florida RN license must be attached to the application for consideration.Statement(s) of UnderstandingThis position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University's policy, this position may also require a credit check.The holder of this position is designated as a "Responsible Employee" pursuant to their role under Title IX.
