Clinical Supervisor

Full-Time Position Clinical Supervisor Location(s) Hiring Omaha Metro Hours Required per Week 40 Hours Radical Minds is in search of a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor is a mid-level position, with the potential for upward mobility. This is a clinic-based position which allows for the support and collaboration of other colleagues within the clinic. Job Details Core Responsibilties Case Management: Oversee 5-7 client cases, focusing on early intervention and skill acquisition for children ages 2-10. Data Analysis & Preparation: Review client data and prepare materials to ensure effective, individualized sessions. RBT Support & Mentorship: Provide guidance to RBTs and supervise team members pursuing BCaBA or BCBA certifications. Insurance Compliance: Ensure monthly insurance requirements are met for all assigned clients. Caregiver Training: Conduct monthly hands-on training sessions to empower caregivers with the tools they need for success. Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with a paid lunch break from 12:00-1:00 PM.
