Purchasing Admin (Procurement Support) – Tai Seng | Up to $2,300 | 5 Days We are hiring a Purchasing Admin to support procurement operations, vendor coordination, and purchasing administration in a structured office environment. Job Responsibilities Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in system Request and compare supplier quotations Liaise with vendors on pricing, delivery schedules, and order updates Track and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and contracts Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, operations) Assist in inventory monitoring and replenishment planning Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, or deliveries Maintain supplier database and documentation Support procurement team with general admin duties Job Requirements Minimum O Level (no NITEC/Poly required) At least 2 years of admin / clerical experience Able to speak Mandarin (due to client communication needs) Proficient in basic office documentation and coordination Good attention to detail and organisational skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Salary $1,900 – $2,300 per month Location Tai Seng Apply Now Send your resume in MS Word format to: View email address on click.appcast.io Please include your availability, notice period, and expected salary.
