How you'll make an impact * Lead and execute manufacturing projects across one or multiple facilities. * Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. * Manage capital projects, product transfers, technology implementations, and new product introductions. * Monitor project performance and provide updates to Hub leadership and key stakeholders. * Build strong relationships across global and local cross-functional teams. * Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive timely project decisions. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards. * Coach and support project team members to achieve project goals and successful outcomes.
