Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Salary: $80,000–$95,000/year

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care with minimal supervision. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise PT assistants and aides, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients requiring skilled physical therapy.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress toward functional goals.
• Document treatment, progress, and medical necessity accurately and timely.
• Supervise and provide direction to physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, coworkers, and payors.
• Participate in facility meetings, clinical in-services, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, Medicare requirements, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Maintain required continuing education and current CPR certification.
• Support strong relationships with facilities and healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or substantially equivalent international program.
• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license/registration or eligibility as applicable.
• Current CPR certification meeting state requirements.
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise and work effectively with therapy assistants and aides.
