CNC Machinist

*Now Hiring CNC Machinists in Fairfield, OH!*

*Shift:* 1st, 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday

*Rate: *$26.00-$30.00 _(Based on experience)_

*Essential Functions:*

* Operate and setup CNC mills, lathes, and other machines (3- or 4-axis).
* Program, monitor, and adjust machines to ensure top-quality output.
* Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide your work.
* Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure precision.
* Maintain and troubleshoot machines, including minor repairs and tooling upkeep.
* Perform fabrication tasks like cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
* Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

*Qualifications:*

* High school diploma or GED.
* 3+ years of machining experience (CNC mills, lathes, manual machines preferred).
* Skilled in G&M code editing, reading blueprints, and interpreting X, Y, Z coordinates.
* Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
* Ability to troubleshoot, adjust speeds/feeds, and perform setups independently.
* Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality.
* Physical ability to lift to 30lbs.
* Must be a US Citizen.
