We are seeking CNC Operators / Machinists to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio. This is a full-time position for both the first and second shifts. The role involves operating CNC mills, lathes, and/or grinders to manufacture parts that meet customer specifications and production standards.

De-burr parts using hand tools, air grinders, and manual machine operation.

Perform preventive and routine maintenance to maintain machine performance.

Perform daily housekeeping tasks to provide a safe, clean, and orderly workplace.

High school diploma, GED, or vocational school graduate with coursework in mechanical drawing, shop mathematics, and machining practices. Experience with precision measuring equipment and reading plots and/or blueprints. Attention to detail is required to prevent damage to parts and machine tools. Ability to obtain a forklift operator's license and operate a forklift safely when applicable.
