In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating online fitness programs for our clients. You will also be responsible for managing the overall health and wellness of our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance to achieve their fitness goals.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement personalized online fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals, needs, and abilitiesConduct virtual fitness classes and provide one-on-one virtual training sessions to clientsMonitor and track client progress, provide feedback and make necessary adjustments to their programsCreate and manage a schedule of virtual fitness classes and training sessionsCoordinate with other fitness instructors and health professionals to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to client fitness and wellnessStay up-to-date with current fitness trends and research to continuously improve and enhance our programsProvide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and market our online fitness programsAssist in the development of new online fitness programs and servicesQualifications:Associates or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related fieldCertified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness InstructorMinimum of 2 years of experience as a fitness instructor or health program coordinatorExperience in designing and implementing personalized fitness programsStrong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goalsProficient in virtual training platforms and technologyPassion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping others reach their fitness goalsBenefits:Competitive salaryHealth benefits packageFlexible work scheduleOpportunities for professional development and growthDynamic and supportive work environment Evolution Sports Group
