Job Description Starting Date: Aug 24, 2026 Position: Cross Country Girls Head Coach Location: Hudson High School, Hudson, Massachusetts Reports to: Director of Athletics Approved by: Brian K. Reagan, Ed.D Summary : A coach’s primary responsibility is to improve the performance of athletes by motivating, instructing, and managing the sport’s team. Further details will be provided during the interview. Season Start Date: 08/24/2026 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Have complete knowledge of the sport and the ability to teach and motivate student-athletes to succeed academically and athletically. Coaching experience at the high school level preferred. CPR/First Aid Certified required. Successful completion of a Criminal Records Check (CORI) and fingerprints prior to the start date. Pay Coaches are paid a one‑time stipend following the completion of the season.
