Position: Football Junior Varsity Head Coach Location: Hudson, Massachusetts Reports to: Director of Athletics Approved by: Brian K. Reagan, Ed.D Starting Date: Aug 24, 2026 Season start date: 08/24/2026 Summary A coach’s primary responsibility is to improve the performance of athletes by motivating, instructing, and managing the sport’s team. Further details will be provided during the interview. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Complete knowledge of the sport and ability to teach and motivate student-athletes to be successful academically and athletically. Coaching experience at the high school level preferred. CPR/First Aid Certified required. Successful completion of Criminal Records Check (CORI) and fingerprints prior to start date. Physical ability to lift or pull 15-20 lbs for short periods, walk up and down stairs, communicate effectively with students, staff, and the public in person and on the telephone. Pay Coaches are paid by a one-time stipend following the completion of the sport’s season.
