NDT ETCH Inspector (2nd Shift) Job ID: 2026-19249 Location: US-CT-South Windsor Salary: $20.50 - $23.50/hr DOE Hours: 4:30pm - 3:00am (2nd Shift) Overview: Element is inviting an experienced NDT ETCH Inspector to join our team. The role involves conducting daily Etch tests according to company procedures with a focus on safety and meeting project timelines. Responsibilities Conduct daily Etch logs in accordance with written company procedures Process parts per Element procedures and/or specifications Apply general knowledge of chemical processes performed at the facility Conduct chemical additions Maintain related test equipment and tools in good working condition Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent Etching metal plating experience a plus Familiarity with testing codes and standards Experience interpreting testing procedures and requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at various events/projects in the community Ability to remain calm under pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities Well‑developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs Diversity Statement At Element, we are an equal opportunity employer that recognizes diversity and inclusion as fundamental to our vision of becoming the world's most trusted testing partner.
