Taylor Carpet One Floor & Home is searching for  Design Sales Consultant to join their  Naples ,  Bonita Springs , and  Ft. Myers, FL showrooms. Why You'll Love It Here:

• Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 + Bonuses
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Earning potential of $75K to $150K annually
• 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Saturday) 
  • Candidate should have availability for 2 Saturdays per month

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering a great customer experience
• Build genuine relationships with new/existing customers
• Schedule appointments for client design consultations
• Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
• Provide product suggestions, review measurements, estimate materials, present proposals, manage payments & oversee project quality
• Keep the install team on track by sharing clear notes + photos
• Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
• Engage in networking events & prospect for new business
• Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, Furniture Sales, Interior Design or similar role
• A valid driver's license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
• Able to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
• Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
• Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business.
• Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Personal & professional judgment
• Quick to help customers get what they need
• Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
• Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Time management skills & detailed oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Knowledge of RFMS is a plus, but not required - willing to train
• Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
