What You'll Do

Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced critical care environment
Effectively utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, and implement patient care
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor and interpret vital signs and clinical data to inform treatment plans
Lead and delegate nursing responsibilities to team members as appropriate
Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
Promote safety, comfort, and patient education in accordance with best practices
Adhere to infection control protocols and enforce safety standards

What You Need

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
CPI certification (blue card) within the last 12 months
Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience, with proficiency in EPIC documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing
Experience in a similar high-acuity environment
