- Educating customers about insurance products & services
- Assisting with policy applications, renewals, and coverage options
- Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring seamless client interactions
- Strong communication and people skills – you love building relationships
- Attention to detail – you keep things organized and running smoothly
- Ability to multitask – no two days are the same, and you’re ready for the challenge
