Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager is a key position to support our growth, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to join us! As the Senior Product Manager on our growing team, you will be working cross functionally to design, build, and roll-out products and features that align with Drata’s strategy and vision. A top-notch senior product manager will have worked on numerous projects and have a firm grasp of how to satisfy consumers’ needs. Ideal candidates will be equally analytical and creative, and able to justify decisions to a range of stakeholders. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in changing environments and can build the roadmap to create innovative product offerings. What you’ll do: Manage a portfolio of products and/or capabilities and build resource investment allocation plans grounded in data and research Define roadmap and requirements to solve the biggest customer problems across one or multiple product lines Define MVP experiences and quickly learn and iterate based on feedback Form hypothesis and run experiments using lean methodologies Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products/features which are critical to growth and retention Partner closely with cross-functional teams on release plans and documentation to deliver value to our customers Collaborate effectively with GTM partners to plan and launch products and capabilities, including alpha, beta and GA phasis with process success criteria for each phase Define success criteria and measure the success and effectiveness of features and capabilities from entitlement, to activation, adoption and retention Build business cases justifying investment in feature and capabilities and present to stakeholder across the org Proactively partner across teams to anticipate and address risk & dependencies Communicate progress and plan to leadership, peers, etc Own the business outcomes including revenue of your product What you’ll bring: 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role Deep customer empathy Passion for identifying and solving problems with the ability to conduct effective customer interviews Capable of breaking down a big vision into small deliverables Ruthless prioritization of the backlog Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to pursue opportunities beyond current constraints Exceptional collaboration skills working with PMs, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer success teams Growth mindset with a desire for continuous improvement Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset Experience with 2-sided markets is a plus A GM-mindset and ability to ruthlessly prioritize against market opportunity and revenue implications and customer satisfaction How we support you: At Drata, our people are our strongest advantage—and we prove it with support that exceeds industry standards. Drata offers a flexible vacation policy, paid holidays, and other perks to recharge. The expected base salary range for this role is between $165,000 - $270,000 and is listed to provide transparency. Actual base pay will vary based on multiple factors — market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and overall alignment to the role. Candidates shouldn't expect automatic placement at any particular point within the range. Offer amounts are determined by the qualifications each candidate brings to the position.
