Ophthalmology Technician

Our established multi-specialty Ophthalmology group is seeking a skilled professional to join our friendly and dedicated team. Conduct thorough preliminary examinations, including visual acuity, pupillary responses, and more. Assist in surgical procedures: Support ophthalmologists during minor surgeries, laser procedures, and crosslinking. Efficiently manage patient flow in clinic and imaging rooms, collaborating with clinical staff. Certification Required) Contribute to clinic efficiency: Perform clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow. Proven experience as an Ophthalmic Technician. Knowledge of medical office procedures. Ability to perform indirect activities, administrative tasks and any other assigned duties that contribute to the efficient & high-quality performance of the medical practice. High School Diploma or equivalent. Bonus Points: Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) Certification. Proficiency in data entry and typing. Outstanding customer service skills. Hours: Full time & part time opportunities 24 to 40 hours per week.
