Two (2) – four (4) years of Administrative Experience preferably in the commercial construction field Associate degree in business is preferred. High School diploma (or equivalent) is required. Primary Duties Responsible for the paperwork, training, and onboarding of new hires Launching background/drug testing and request technology Communications with hiring managers and first day schedule for new hires Assisting in scheduling, organizing accommodations, charges, and paperwork for Career Fairs and Internship program Coordinating Corporate Initiatives and Training Goals such as OSHA-30, Healthcheck 360, and open enrollment Division Initiatives & Administrative Assistance Maintains schedules, correspondence, and logs receipts for Director Shares Employee Engagement Committee responsibilities with Office Manager Physical Demands / Essential Job Functions This job description reflects an assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
