As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador in a Lucid Studio, your primary focus will be creating exceptional first impressions and delivering a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest who visits Lucid. As one of the first points of contact for our brand, you'll help spark curiosity, build meaningful connections, and introduce customers to the future of electric mobility. This is a part-time role that requires flexibility, including the ability to work evenings and weekends. Part Time Brand Ambassador can expect to work between 20-25 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests)
• Support day to day studio operations as needed

• Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends
• 18 years old minimum
• High School diploma/GED required
• Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred
• Authorized to work in the USA (visas sponsorship not available)
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Where permitted by law, successful completion of a drug test and background check including, but not limited to, criminal records are a condition of employment for Lucid sales centers
• Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
• Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable
