Pay Rate: $35-$38/HR on W2

Schedule: 8 hour rotating shifts. weekends inclusive

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified  Phlebotomist / Lab Assistant to support laboratory operations and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and draw blood specimens from patients accurately and safely.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures while following established clinical and safety protocols.
• Properly label, handle, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Assist laboratory staff with daily clinical and administrative activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable healthcare and laboratory standards.
• Provide professional and compassionate patient service during specimen collection.

Schedule Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Rotating shifts
• Weekends required/inclusive
• Must be flexible to work assigned rotating schedules.

Required Qualification

• Active Hawaii State License is required.
• Previous phlebotomy/specimen collection experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical laboratory environment.
