As we grow, we value people ready to grow a career that makes an impact far beyond just our daily workplace.A Day in the Life: Parts Sales SpecialistGreet customers, collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order, complete the salePlace machine down orders and stock orders as requestedProcess parts requests for internal and external customersAssists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduledNeed to Succeed:Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendanceAttention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plusAbility to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up and not afraid to answer the phoneAbove all, we are seeking a friendly team player who has an outstanding work ethic, a willingness to continue learning and growing personally and professionally, and enjoys contributing to a positive work environment!About the BenefitsStarting your career at James River Equipment means you're invested in from day one.
