Position Overview

• Provide direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment planning
• Lead and support a team of physical therapists and therapy assistants
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to staff
• Oversee daily therapy operations and assist with departmental planning
• Ensure adherence to best practices, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development efforts

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (required)
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain
• 3+ years of clinical experience in physical therapy (leadership or supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
