Warehouse Supervisor (McCue)

We are looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a warehouse team and help ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations within our distribution center. McCue Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a designated warehouse department, including picking, packing, and boxing activities. This position is responsible for leading a team, maintaining safety and quality standards, driving productivity, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, boxing, and order preparation for shipment. Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and shipped in a timely manner. Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse team members. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing performance feedback. Enforce company safety policies and procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Ensure team members are properly trained and certified on material handling equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts. Monitor productivity, quality, and workflow to identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Approve timesheets and manage daily staffing assignments.Respond to employee concerns and resolve operational issues. Utilize warehouse systems, scanning technology, and cutting equipment to support operations. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures. Collaborate with other department leaders to improve overall warehouse performance. Ensure compliance with company operational, safety, and administrative policies. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of warehousing experience required; previous supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to lift heavy objects (occasionally between 60–75 lbs.) with or without reasonable accommodation for an entire shift. Must be able to work regularly at a height of up to 26 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment/processes/training). Must be a self‑starter with the ability to multitask. Possess excellent judgment and decision‑making skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficient using GP. Strong PC skills in Word and Excel.
