Salary: $75,000+ (depending on experience)

Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexibility required based on order volume)

About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations for a fast-growing online retail business specializing in Halloween, occult, and alternative lifestyle products. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment while leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing people leadership, operational execution, and system management.

Responsibilities

Warehouse and Operations Management

• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory systems (Shopify-based)
• Coordinate workflows to meet daily shipping deadlines and customer expectations
• Ensure smooth operation of warehouse systems, printers, and fulfillment tools
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure warehouse environment
• Order and manage necessary warehouse supplies

Team Leadership & Administration

• Supervise, train, and delegate tasks to warehouse staff
• Drive productivity, accountability, and accuracy across all operations
• Manage employee scheduling and payroll reporting
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Provide regular updates on operations, including shipping volume, inventory discrepancies, and team performance
• Participate in ongoing communication with warehouse operations leadership

Order Fulfillment and Inventory Control

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using Shopify and ShipStation
• Print and apply shipping labels; coordinate carrier pickups
• Process returns, replacements, and refunds
• Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, and backstock tracking
• Update inventory systems in real-time for all transactions
• Support high-volume fulfillment during peak seasons and promotions

Customer and System Support

• Coordinate customer communications via Gorgias platform
• Resolve time-sensitive operational and customer issues
• Monitor and analyze activity in Shopify, ShipStation, and Gorgias
• Uphold a strong customer service mindset in all operations

Specialized Functions

• Prepare personalized certificates and cards using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and specialty printers
• Photograph merchandise and upload files to shared systems
• Assist with general product preparation and packaging (bubble wrapping, labeling, storage organization)
• Cross-train into additional warehouse functions as needed

Desired Background/Skills

Warehouse, inventory management, or fulfillment background required

Retail or e-commerce experience strongly preferred

Prior supervisory or management experience required

Microsoft Outlook and basic office tools

Strong organizational and time management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred

Shopify (inventory and order management)

ShipStation (shipping platform)

Gorgias (customer service platform)

Basic Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign preferred)

Additional Details

Occasional weekends and holidays required depending on shipping demands

Peak season runs October through January, including high-volume periods like Black Friday
