Overview Sr. Customer Service Administrator. Location: East Syracuse, NY. Job ID: #72536. Pay Range: $20-25. Onsite, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm with the opportunity to be hybrid once trained. Responsibilities Perform duties related to overall customer service, including support for the sales team and order management team. Run daily reports to support strategic account management. Equipment ordering and coordination to ensure smooth order lifecycle. Prepare warranty registrations and morning reports. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, OR Associate\'s Degree with 3+ years of customer service experience, OR High School Diploma with 5+ years of customer service experience.
