Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Arlington, TX Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician Hourly Pay Rate: $370.50 Job Description: Start date: November 9, 2026 (Go Live) Schedule: 4-6 shifts per month, 24-hour in-house call shifts Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM No office call responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients in the Obstetric Emergency Department (OBED) Manage care for unassigned OB/GYN patients Monitor labor and interpret fetal heart tracings Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections Serve as the primary safety net for the labor and delivery unit Provide consults to the Emergency Department and medical floors for pregnancy-related and gynecologic concerns Evaluate and treat postpartum patients prior to discharge Respond to obstetrical emergencies and evolving labor complications Participate in emergency drills and quality improvement initiatives focused on maternal and neonatal outcomes Follow evidence-based protocols and patient safety standards Delivery & Surgical Experience Required: Vaginal deliveries Cesarean sections Emergency obstetrical procedures Facility Information: Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital is a 369-bed acute care and surgical facility that has served the Arlington community for more than 60 years.
