What You'll Bring:

• MD or DO degree with valid Texas Medical License or willingness to obtain one
• Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Completion of an accredited ACGME OB/GYN residency program, including robotics training
• Recent clinical experience in vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and emergency obstetrical procedures
• Strong decision-making skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to evaluate and manage high-risk pregnancies and respond adeptly to obstetrical emergencies

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Prior involvement in quality improvement initiatives
• Additional certifications such as neonatal resuscitation or advanced fetal monitoring

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited medical school with residency training in OB/GYN
• Proven track record with delivery and surgical procedures, including emergent obstetrical care
• Previous experience in a Level III NICU environment is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 4-6 shifts per month, primarily 24-hour in-house call shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• No office call responsibilities
• Willingness to participate in emergency drills and adhere to safety protocols
• Willingness to travel and stay locally, with accommodations covered by the facility

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $3,705, paid weekly via direct deposit, along with comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and an attractive referral bonus program.
