They’re looking to add an experienced Electrical Estimator to their team — someone who can bring accuracy, speed, and a strategic mindset to the preconstruction process. Why This Role? ✅ Stable, locally rooted contractor with decades of success in the Nashville area ✅ Opportunity to work on diverse projects — healthcare, education, manufacturing, and data centers ✅ Competitive compensation and full benefits ✅ Collaborative, team-oriented environment Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects Review plans, specs, and addenda to determine project scope and requirements Perform material and labor takeoffs using estimating software Collaborate with project managers and field teams on bid strategy and cost control Solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes Participate in design-build and value-engineering efforts Support ongoing project tracking and budgeting as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the commercial/industrial sector Strong understanding of NEC and construction documents Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines Local or regional candidates preferred Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + performance incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and retirement benefits Paid time off and holidays Strong company reputation and growth potential Interested in learning more?
