Duration: 6-month contract + possible extensions Hours : M-F onsite Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field 3 to 4 years in an HR coordination or generalist role Experience supporting union workforces, whether internally or externally Prior experience onboarding large groups of employees at a time Strong knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and FLSA Comfortable in fast paced, construction environment with ability to get around the job sites with no issues Pluses:
