Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - New Orleans, LA
HMD Trucking is looking for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, with performance bonuses of an additional $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
What We Provide:
- Access to our modern fleet of over 500 trucks, equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats, along with full in-house maintenance support.
- Paid for every haul, whether tarping is required or not.
- Regular home time, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
Requirements:
- Must possess a Class A CDL.
- A minimum of 12 months of OTR flatbed driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
