About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Head of Investor Relations to play a pivotal role in leading the organization's investor relations strategy. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CFO and senior leadership, responsible for shaping the external financial narrative, engaging with analysts, and communicating the company's financial performance and long-term value creation. This role demands a trusted advisor who can ensure that all external stakeholders have a clear and accurate understanding of the business model, financial results, and strategic priorities. The Head of Investor Relations will also be instrumental in reducing information asymmetry, strengthening market confidence, and supporting the company's overall valuation and shareholder value. Applicants for the Vice President, Head of Investor Relations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced credentials such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA. A minimum of 15 years' experience in investor relations, corporate finance, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, or capital markets is required, with a strong background in public company investor relations. The role demands a professional with advanced financial modeling, valuation, and benchmarking skills, as well as the ability to translate complex financial information into clear and concise communications. Experience in earnings process management, analyst consensus tracking, and exposure to SEC reporting and corporate governance is also highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, committed to the company's values, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
