Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience
• Mileage reimbursement when using personal vehicle for approved company business

What You'll Do:

• Deliver, set up, maintain, and retrieve home medical equipment, oxygen supplies, and other healthcare devices
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe equipment use and maintenance
• Complete accurate delivery paperwork, work orders, and patient documentation
• Coordinate with branch staff to ensure timely patient service
• Assist with patient intake, referrals, insurance verification, and documentation
• Support branch operations by monitoring supplies, maintaining vehicle condition, and responding to patient needs
• Participate in rotating on-call duties for after-hours patient assistance
• Report hazards or incidents related to equipment or environment
• Provide excellent customer service both in the field and at the branch

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 65 pounds
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Healthcare background or medical equipment experience
• Delivery, route driving, or logistics experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and troubleshooting
• Mechanical aptitude for handling equipment
