Fetrastobart vedotin (FV), a pre-launch antibody drug conjugate within Pfizer oncology's thoracic portfolio, is currently being studied in non-small cell lung, cancer (NSCLC) with additional indications and tumor types under exploration.This role will report to the Commercial Lead for FV.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESLead global launch readiness and market integration, partnering with US and ICO teams, Global Medical Affairs, Global Access & Value, PGS, Regulatory, and other cross functional partners to drive coordinated launch planning, readiness, and execution.Craft and evolve Global Integrated Launch Strategy (ILS), translating brand strategy into an integrated cross functional global launch plan.Lead global launch sequencing, including key stage gates, readiness milestones, market sequencing, dependencies, risks, and required governance.Drive global market engagement and cross functional readiness, establishing the forums and processes that connect Global, US, ICO teams, surface market needs, resolve executional issues, and maintain clear accountability.Establish and track launch readiness KPIs, ensuring consistent metrics across Global, US, and ICO teams and clear visibility of progress, risks, and issues through leadership dashboards and governance.Integrate across the FV global commercial team, ensuring brand strategy and HCP, launch readiness, market engagement, and other commercial work streams are aligned into a cohesive global commercial plan and executed against shared priorities.Lead global commercial budget planning and management, ensuring resources are prioritized against launch readiness and strategic priorities.Own commercial assumptions and strategic input that inform long range forecast, integrating market, competitive, clinical, and strategic assumptions in partnership with finance, analytics, and relevant cross functional partnersConducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Pfizer values & global regulatory guidelines.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSCandidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred8+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry required; 7+ years of experience with master's degreeMarketing experience requiredStrong strategic thinking, analytical skills, detail and action oriented, creative, flexible, self-motivatedAbility to work independently and demonstrates judgement of what needs to be escalatedStrong team player with demonstrated ability to engage experts from a wide range of functional areas to improve business performance and find a path forwardExcellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiencesIs a role model for the Pfizer ValuesNON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTSAbility to travel approximately 20% of the timeOther Job Details:Last Date to Apply for Job: October 12th, 2026.NOT eligible for Relocation PackageLocations: NYHQ or PA-Collegeville or MA-CambridgeThis position is hybrid and requires working onsite 2 to 3 days per week#LI-PFEThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
