Responsibilities Operate all routine radiographic equipment safely and proficiently to ensure high‑quality imaging services. Ensure excellence in imaging quality and patient positioning to consistently achieve outstanding scan results. Coordinate patient prepping and scanning to maximize smooth patient flow. Start an IV line to administer contrast fluid and demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions. Communicate with compassion, providing clear explanations of MRI procedures while attentively observing patients to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. Evaluate MR images for technical quality, exposure, and transmit to PACS. Job Requirements Technical or Associate’s radiography degree. Must be registered or registration‑eligible with the ARRT. If registration‑eligible upon hire, you must become registered within one year of employment. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Preferred Job Requirements One year of MRI Tech experience.
