Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final pharmacist verification of compounded prescriptions before dispensing to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review prescription orders to ensure clinical appropriateness, correct dosage, accurate patient information, identify potential drug interactions, maintain formulation integrity, and verify labeling requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years’ pharmacist experience, with a preference for experience in a closed-door pharmacy setting.
