Responsibilities Assist with the compliance program and integrated quality/information security management system to maintain alignment with industry standards. Facilitate and conduct risk assessments to ensure risks are effectively identified and managed according to the company framework. Interpret regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, SOC, CMS, HIPAA) to ensure organizational compliance. Draft and revise company policies, procedures, and training materials to promote awareness and adherence. Plan and execute internal audits to identify non-compliance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. Assess and audit vendors according to the vendor management program to verify compliance with contractual, privacy, and security requirements. Qualifications Previous experience managing a compliance program (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, CCPA, ISO). Proven success in completing risk and privacy assessments as well as internal audits. In-depth knowledge of US and Canada privacy legislation and regulatory environment. Ability to commute to Chicago 50% of the month. Ability to travel domestically and internationally occasionally. A resourceful, flexible mindset with a knack for working collaboratively within a small team.
