This is an opportunity for an experienced hotel leader who thrives on developing people, driving financial performance, and creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining Hilton brand standards.As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the hotel's operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team culture. You'll build a high-performing leadership team, develop future hospitality leaders, and create an environment where both guests and associates enjoy coming to work every day.What You'll DoProvide strategic leadership for all hotel operationsDrive revenue growth while maintaining strong expense controlsLead, coach, and develop department leaders and hotel associatesDeliver exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain outstanding Hilton brand scoresEnsure compliance with Hilton brand standards and company operating proceduresDevelop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plansAnalyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitabilityPartner with the sales team to maximize occupancy and market shareFoster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, recognition, and service excellenceMaintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained hotel for guests and associatesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a branded hotelHilton brand experience strongly preferredProven success improving guest satisfaction scores and financial performanceStrong leadership, coaching, and team-building skillsExperience managing hotel budgets, forecasting, and P&L performanceExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environmentPassion for hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiencesKnowledge of revenue management and hotel sales strategiesBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred, or equivalent hotel leadership experience.Why Join Us?At Soartress Hospitality, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
